Michael D. Kwame is a public speaker, author, leader, and accomplished Masters level academic, holding two accredited degrees in the areas of business and theology. With 20+ years of public speaking, he has traveled internationally rendering ministry in several nations. His professional HR background as a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) has allowed him to serve as an advisor, trainer, and human resource strategist to corporate executives on organizational change, talent, project management, and innovation.
Michael, a cultivator of spiritual gift advancement, has served as the Director of Development of The Rock – San Antonio in the areas of prophetic, prayer, deliverance, and healing.
Burdened with the global leadership paradigm, Michael has committed to a forthcoming pursuit of his Ph.D. in Global Leadership and Innovation. His mission is to disrupt the worldwide leadership crisis across social, political, economic, and ecclesiastical landscapes. With this undertaking, he hopes to see people, communities, and nations catapulted forward. He is an emerging governmental prophetic voice and thought leader. Michael is happily married to his wife of 12 years, Dr. Germesia “Gigi” Kwame.
