A certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and background in Project Management, Michael has served as a trusted advisor, trainer, and strategist to corporate executives, specializing in organizational change, talent development, project management, and innovation.
Passionate about cultivating spiritual gifts, Michael has also served as Director of Development at The Rock – San Antonio, leading initiatives in prophecy, prayer, deliverance, and healing.
Driven by a desire to address the global leadership crisis, Michael is pursuing a doctorate in Organizational Leadership. His mission is to challenge and transform leadership paradigms across social, political, economic, and ecclesiastical spheres, striving to propel individuals, communities, and nations toward greater heights. As an emerging governmental prophetic voice and thought leader, his insights continue to shape minds and inspire change.
Michael has been happily married to Dr. Germesia “Gigi” Kwame for nearly 15 years, and together, they are the proud parents of their daughter, Naomi Jael Kwame.
